The Islamic Leadership Institute of America (ILIA) is excited to announce the launch of its Middle School Internship Program, an innovative online leadership development initiative designed specifically for 8th-grade students. Running from October 15th through December 15th, 2024, this program offers a unique opportunity for middle school youth in Baltimore, Howard County, and Montgomery County in Maryland, as well as the Dallas, Fort Worth, and Austin metro areas in Texas.
This internship is tailored to cultivate essential leadership skills and provide practical experience through virtual workshops, real-life projects, and personalized mentorship. Participants will engage in hands-on activities aimed at developing their leadership abilities, fostering a sense of responsibility, and preparing them for future academic and professional endeavors.
Program Highlights:
Age Group: 12-13 years old
Format: Online sessions held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Duration: Ends December 15, 2024
